My SS WON!  The judge awarded my husband residentail custody of his 13 year son!  YEAH!  After a 10 month fight we found out yesterday as of Monday SS will be placed with us.  We will not pick him up until Saturday evening or Sunday though.  It is only fair that she gets her regular visitation.  Since we had him on New Years day last year we feel she should get the same this year.

The judge found that BM was not doing what was needed to make sure SS would scucceed in school and become productive adult.  

We are so excited and know we have a long road a head of us to make sure SS does what is expected of him.  It was found that him failing school was due to laziness and BM didn't even try during trial to make any changes.  And SHE has to pay child support to us!  Although it is less than half of what my husband paid to her.  But it has never been about the money only my SS!
