My wife is By polar and has drug and alchole addictions, How do I prove to the courts that she is an unfit mother. I have proof of different incadents that have happened over the past sevaral years,but no concreat direction.

There is no template for this. Yo must make the strongest arguments supported by the strongest evidence and witnesses that you can geared around the factors regarding what is in the best interests of the child. Most state statutes identiy individual factors that the court must consider in determining custody. Find the statute, and print off the factor. Then point by point argue your case using those factors.
