I am in California and I can not seem to find our what my rights are as a noncustodial parent. There semms to be so many rules. I can't do this, and I can't do that. How am I to let my son know I love him and am doing all I can to get him Back? I know I can't tell him I am trying to get him back. But, there must be tricks on getting the info across. Please do not get me wrong I do not want to do anything to hurt my son or against the court. I just need to know WHAT I CAN DO.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Bless you all
