im a father trying to get visitation of my son.
left mother who has no visible means of support.
she was pursuant in aggravated harassment till got number changed. been no contact since.
tried to get a temp order of protection and was laughed outta court
she has now called child abuse hotline on me, my parents, my brother his girlfriend and her parents for my brothers disabled child.  all houses checked by CPS and gonna be unfounded.
has also gone to court herself and gotten a bogus temp order on me which shell call and lie that i broke the terms even tho i wont, dont want any contact
i go to court today for mine to try and see if i can get it reversed
court for hers is apr 6, but she got the temp

she is unable to support him.  have been sending support even tho no order. payed the rent cause child needs a lace to live and been supplying everything the baby needs.  have documentation and receipts for all

any help would be greatly welcomed

yes paternity was established in the hospital when he was born.  new york

question i guess is im unsure how to procede? im curently going to be meeting with a lawyer after court today, but id like some info on what needs to happen b4 i go
