Does anyone knows what NYS law says about the right of a litigant to obtain a copy of the forensic evaluation when acting as your own attorney?
Thank you
with the court a document stating you are a Pro Se litigant?
Since you are acting as your own attorney, you should get the same things the other side does -- except if there is a DV order in place, you might not get an address on the other party (except their Atty).
