Title: Change in custody

My ex and I are in the middle of a custody battle because he wants physical custody of our kid allegating i'm denying phone calls and visitations, which is not true.  How likely is that he gets the custody ?
Any advise and comments regarding the situation are welcome.

Need more information such as how old are the kids, how long have you had custody, have you denied visitation or phone calls?  Lots more information needed.
