Post by: nnote on Oct 03, 2009, 08:49:58 PM
Arizona state...
Ordered by the court to pay child support, DNA test says I'm the father, but I am not even on the birth certificate. Legal?

Once there is a court order and the DNA proves you as the dad yep. It's legal. But that DNA result can also be your reason to have you aded to the brith certificate. That DNA result is your legal right to fight for your child.

If all that has happened -- then take the final step and get the birth certificate amended to accurately reflect that you are dad.
