Does anyone know if it is legal to video or at least audio tape visitation exchanges in Florida without consent of the other parent?
Where is the exchange taking place? In public places, you can video and audio tape. If at house, park on street and video from street. Audio, you can have your phone taping exchange. Most times things will not get to trial stage but police, lawyers, counselors, law guardians usually will listen/watch even if it can not get into evidence.

do a search on this site for "recording law" and you'll get some more information.
SOME of it is gonna be in articles that are on this site.
Make sure you also go to the main page -- not the main page of the boards -- and search.
