Could someone give me some examples of
"Substantial Change of Circumstance" that would
warrent a 'change of custody' from joint to sole?
I would appreciate as many cenarios as you can think of.....
1. Abuse
2. Neglect
3. Fraud of the child's social Security number
4. Criminal conviction requiring incarceration of the other parent
5. substance abuse on the part of the other parent or the child
6. Failure to act in the best interest of the child
7. Medical neglect
8. One parent is living with a convicted sex offender or convicted child abuser
can't think of any more right now
