I am fairly sure that CP Mom is driving on a suspended license and likely doesn't have valid Insurance-required in our state.
Does anyone know how to get proof of this? We are in California if it helps. My hope is to prove negligence (I know it is pretty minor, but we have a lot of things like this that seem to be adding up)
I live in CA and I know that in my county you can search what's called the "court case information system" online. If you know what county her license is suspended in then you can do a search for your county's online information system and just search her name to see if she does indeed have a suspended license. Hope this helps.
