what I would do is request a motion objecting the relocation of children and at that time request a RO restrainig the move until all court matters are settled. Usually you can use the basica restraining order and fill in what you want.
Many states have all these forms on their court websites that you can download. As can try going to the resource link of this site to TGB's links then click on your state.
