Help, I have a hearing scheduled for July 21st for my custody case. I have no idea what the procedures are or what to expect. I had to fire my attorney due to my lack of funds and her lack of diligence. It is my first hearing for the case, I am trying to gain joint custody because of my priviledges being blocked. I live in California.
