i am going to court next week (aug 9) for what will perhaps will be the big final shindig. i have prepared well in the area of pleadings and i even wrote a 24 page findings of fact and conclusions of law (much of it based on constitutional law) for the judge last weekend, but, the thought of going in for another round of character asasination from the exs counsel is getting me down. any suggestions. mesa dad
p.s. i have seen my son 6 days in the last three years.
i have been declared a fit father by the court with a constitutional right to my son.
