Title: Crying Tears of Joy
Post by: NoNicky on Mar 10, 2004, 11:11:48 PM
I have loved and supported this man since the day I first met him face to face.  I've been crying tears of joy for a few hours now.  Too bad I can't get a hold of him to tell him because he is on the road and his cell phone won't work where ever he is.  We got an e-mail from the attorney.  BM has been indicted again and her attorney called to say that they concede that he would win custody at trial so they would just like to work on a plan for transition to finish things.  He wins!!!  After 2 years of battling he wins!

Way to go!  Proof positive that if you give 'em enough rope, they WILL hang themselves!  The children win AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep calling him, Nicky, keep trying!  And let us know what his reaction is!

I'm happy for you and your family.  I'll bet you can't wait to see the expression on your husband's face when you tell him the news :-)

I'm being nosy, but what did BM get indicted for?

Too bad I couldn't see his face when I told him.  Both his mom and I would have loved to have seen it.  He is elated but fearful of what stunts her parents will try to pull in the interim.

BM has been in prison for the year of this fight on the felony fraud of "theft by taking the identity of another."  We have been informed that she defrauded CSEA and others for $30,000.  We are not sure of all the details.  I'm still trying to get them.  I do check Ohio's prison site on a regular basis to know what prison she is in and assure myself she is still there.

Identity theft is pretty serious.  I don't blame you for worrying about her parents.  Rotten apples usually don't fall too far from the tree.

For now just enjoy this great news :-)
