wife called my 19yr old daughter 23 times today. Had several of her regular screaming fits. Threatened to cut off $$, hatefule remarks, the usual. Is this sufficient grounds for TRO due to harrassment? I have cell records that show high call volumes like this for past 6 months.
If I get this TRO, will that help me with custody issue of other child (15)?
Note: in NC..no papers filed.

My suggestion would be to get caller ID and not answer her calls.
At some point in my previous years, I too believed that TROs and stuff were necesary when the EX pulled similar stunts.
Today, I believe that you're better off learning to deal with it in a way that works for you and not take it to court
Screening calls using Caller ID is one way.
Unplugging phones for a while is another.
I turn ringers off, unplug phones, and if the kids or family needs to call, they have my cell phone number which has been kept a secret from EXs who pitch fits.
The other child.....can you prove that her actions occurred in front of the 15year old?
And how did her actions negatively affect that child?
Those are the two thoughts that come to mind in terms of changing custody.
The 15 year old is "old enough" that she had opinions of her/his own.
