Not really. Either side is going to ask for what they want, but there's a wide range of 'reasonable'. I don't see that either of those is particularly unreasonable. They're simply going to have to work it out.

But if DH is now your ex-husband, why are you involved?

I'm guessing that she's was the step-mother to his other kids and this question is about the subsequent child they had together.

In sep 06, whose home was used for the new school district?

You can't force a parent to use their time with the child.

If I'm reading this right, Mom (you) took a hit at work and your income is reduced.

Therefore, you're looking for monetary reimbursement now from Dad as a result.  The only "new" thing from the old order is lunch and after school care.

How old is the child?

I think I'd point out to him that Sunday evening is HIS time with HIS son and if he doesn't want it, then he can return son early to his mother's home instead of school on Monday morning.

And I wouldn't ask for the rest of what you're asking UNLESS Dad brings action to court.

Pick and choose your battles.....very very carefully.
