I consistently get incomplete or incorrect information or no response from my carefully worded requests (Pro Se). The latest: I tried to use Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act with local law enforcement, I was given the usual run around including "and if we got there, I couldn't make her open the door!". And in the past when local law enforcement have come knocking, there was nothing to do but leave when she didn't answer. Is there another agency I could use? This isn't a very empathetic environment, FYI.
For your court problems, you might try this. I had to go pro se in a civil matter & I found an attorney who reviewed my pleadings for $100. I wrote everything & he just reviewed it for proper content & form. He told me what mistakes I had made & I made the corrections & filed it. Incidently, I did win the case.
Good luck & God bless.
