I have a 14 year old daughter who is going through alot of emotional pain because her mother has refused a number of times in the past to let me see her. Her mother uses her as a manipulative tool against me. This time I asked her to let her come visit me and she told me no, the only way I could see her is if I flew down to Maine where she lives to see her, and that I could not get her a plane ticket. Her mother has told all sorts of lies to her about me and along with the states, schools, friends, school therapists, etc... I am ready to fight this it has been going on way to long and my daughter wants to see me real bad, she has asked her mother to let her come see me and her mother keeps saying no.. I have visitation rights back from 8 years ago. What can I do???????????

What does your Court Order say about visitation?
When did you move?
What state is the child in?
How long has it been since you saw your child?
What exactly does your court orders say about long dinstance visitation?
Have you documented each denied visitation?
When did you last see your daughter?
What sort of allegations have been made against you?
