Title: Telephone visitation
Post by: MonkeyBoy on Jun 01, 2004, 01:21:14 PM
Does anyone have any experience getting telephone visitation enforced? My ex and two children live in Alaska, I live in Great Britain. Our custody order stipulates that she is to have the children call me once a week, but she treats this in a haphazard manner, at best. My experience with the Alaska court tells me I am automatically at a disadvantage by virtue of being a non-custodial parent, so how do I demonstrate convincingly that she doesn't have the children call as she is supposed to? I don't want to go to court with a "he said/she said" case. I already know how that sort of argument will go....

I don't have an attorney, and have no legal training myself. Any hints on how to subpoena phone records? Thanks...
