Title: IF X denies me my court order parenting time can I still file contempt
Post by: ksmomof2girls on Jan 09, 2005, 01:47:50 PM
even though we have make up time in the parenting agreement?

Parenting time and plan haven't gone into effect yet. I was just curious as to if I could do that or not.

Thanks

What do you mean the parenting time hasn't gone into effect yet???

As far as I know ...X hasn't signed it yet..and neither has the judge.

We just got this done on Mon. Jan.3rd.  There were some changes, so my attorney was drawing it up with the changes.

We are still trying to find out if X will let me claim both girls on my taxes this year..then start next year with each of us claiming one.

X hasn't denied me any parenting time yet.

Just wanted to know for the future.

Well after the paperwork is filed with the courts and signed, if it doesn't speficy how denied visitation be made up, then I would think you could file contempt.

Don't fret it until it happens.
