three time's i've been to court... twice i've been asked, "are you a lawyer?" funny thing is, when i go to small concerts i often get asked, "are you in the band?"
pretrial went good today... as good as can be reasonably expected. judge didn't throw bm in jail for moving away :(, not gonna even hold her in contempt, but is mad and WILL consider it in her final decision. i DO get to drive 480miles down to see my son next weekend... a couple weekends after that bm will bring him up here and i get to see him again at her parents' house (GAL may or may not be there.) then we have the 'final' pretrial and the trial a month later.
