Hi,

Does anyone know what a FOC investigation entails? Requested FOC help with parenting time issues and more specific order.

They will have you fill out a questionnairre and then interview you and your Ex seperately. They will then make a recommendaiton to the judge for a visitation schedule.

Dont' trash the other parent. Ask for as much visitation time as humanly possible. Don't be angry or cop an attitude with the FOC person, it'll only hurt you. Here's some useful reading from this site
