Title: My exgirl friend is moving out of the state with our son and unborn child

My exgirl friend is moving out of the state with our 1yr old son and unborn child cna she just packup and leave the state ,she has no job and is moving 1200 miles awat to live with her father, she says she's doing because he is supporting her and its not fzr thathe can't see his grand childern>???please help I love my son very much

move away if you let her move away.  However, you can probably prevent her from moving away, but you need a lawyer.

And if you haven't already, you'll need to establish paternity and custodial rights at the same time. I think you can file a restraining order to keep her in state while this is in process, but check with an attorney.

Since you weren't married, she can do as she likes until you have rights.
