this is getting really old, isn't there anything I can do ?

This morning again, Ex involved the cops said she takes the kids at 7H30, court order says 8H00, ....
Once again cops read the order to her, ...

False accusations like that have been going on for years everytime we go back to court, is there anything I can do ?

I have it on tape !!!

Have you asked the officers about charging her with harrassment?

No didn't but they won't even file a report, from their point of view it's just a civil issue

No, they can't do anything about the civil divorce order.

BUT maybe for trespassing.....since she has no reason to be there at 7:30, but she does at 8:00.

Think criminal -- and the police will help. Trespassing is a criminal thing.
