Hi, does anyone know if there is a difference between statement of decision and finding of facts.My trial is over and I am going to appeal. My file has neither statements even though a judgement was issued. I understand that I have to order the statement of fact. I was told that the findings of fact should be in my court record but it isn't. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
