In my petition to modify custody, how do I bring up wanting a psych eval for my daughter, as I am sure PAS is occuring?


I know my insurance covers it, I just need to know how to ask for it in my petition.

You must state demonstrable facts that raise an issue on the mental state of the party to be evaluated. Ex:

Petitioner, pro se, hereby appears and moves that Respondent, and the parties' minor child, CHILDSNAME, be ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation, on grounds that Respondent's behavior is causing the parties' minor child, CHILDSNAME, to alienate him(her)self from Petitioner.
