Having recently obtained Primary custody, my X has my son in daycare even when it is not neccessary.
EX: even when X is not working, son goes to daycare before school. Even tho the CO states "stepmom is home 1-1 1/2 hours before step son, my son goes to daycare AFTER school. Even when my son is SUPPOSE TO be with me for my vistitation, he goes to daycare, where he is picked up before being brought to my home. (Which is also contempt.)
1.) When it comes down to paying child support, daycare is a factor figured in. How do I possibly go about refuting unneccessary daycare?

You will need to get the drop off/pick up dates/times of daycare and then the work schedule of your ex, and show that the child is unnecessarily placed in daycare.
