I haven't read the exact text of the TRO so I can't really comment intelligently, however, if this is the typical Federally sponsored "Violence against Women Act" TRO, then you would do well to steer far clear of the other parent until you get an order expressly allowing you to exercise visitation under specific guidelines. Otherwise, you will find yourself in jail, because the other parent can simply call the police and lie and the police MUST arrest you. And, that could happen even though you don't come within 100 miles of her.
>2- Does the RO override the Temp Order?
To the extent that it states contradictory orders, yes.

>extra time.
Probably not. The other parent is alleging by the TRO that you are the cause of your inability to exercise custody/visitation.
