I didn't know how to interpret Florida's child support laws that stated that all children shall be treated equally, meaning does having a child in a second marriage alter support for the first child that has support payments established? Thanks
No, child support simply goes by the guidelines. Second child from second marriage it not considered. I live in Florida.
You need to post the facts of your case followed by your questions. I do not answer bare legal questions without supporting facts.
