1. Could you tell me when my divorce is finalized in about 2 weeks,
do I still have to keep health insurance on my ex wife?
2. I realize I have to keep it on my children, but do I have to keep it
on her?

Whatever your judgment reads is what you must do. Generally, a final judgment terminates any order marked as temporary, however, to protect yourself, you should include text in the final judgment stating that "All orders made during the pendency of this action, not expressly provided for in this final judgment, and/or not already completed are hereby set aside."

Actually, you don't HAVE to maintain insurance for your kids -- but courts almost always order it, as I"m sure your court will in your case.
