I went to the courts today to get letter from judge stating what step daughter could get from her mother's house. They didn't have anything ready. The lady didn't know what I was talking about so she got my number to give to the court clerk to call me.

The court clerk called and I told her what had happened with mom not letting Step daughter have her belongings and she said she was going to talk to the judge and call me back. About 5 mins later she called and said the judge was going to pull the chart and set up a hearing tomorrow so just check the mail and look for the hearing notice.

I didn't have to file contempt after all. I guess that is what the judge will do at the hearing if we show that she refussed the items. I am not sure what is going to happen or what the hearing is for. I guess we will see when it comes.

I just wanted to say thank you again and let you know it all worked out for us after all. I guess or I hope so anyway..lol
