Well, first you need to delete your message to me. By discussing a criminal matter in a public forum, you are waiving your right to remain silent!

Nevertheless, before you delete the message, the CPS report and the polygraph can be used to demonstrate reasonable doubt sufficient so that the DA may decide to drop the case.

GET A CRIMINAL ATTORNEY FAST, if you don't already have one.
