Title: Restraining Order question~

While we are waiting for attorney to get back to us....
A restraining order will be filed because the nonsense will stop, on my husbands ex wife.
She is in OR, we are in NV. The RO will include stopping harassing phone calls (she, by court order, is NOT allowed to contact by phone unless it is an emergency or time sensitive matter), internet stalking (she chooses to harass both of us and follow us around on the net---) etc....

When she gets no response via this harassment, she calls dh's parents and harasses them-in CA.

1) Where to file this? OR or NV?

2) Contempt of court issues.....court order out of CA but neither party lives there anymore-where to file? OR or NV?

In the state where the defendant resides.
