About a month ago or so, TLWE posted a motion I'd drafted regarding a custody modification for me since I couldn't log in for some reason. Ex and I agree on all issues, it's a joint motion. You posted back that since it was stipulated that I could just petition the court with an agreed order (I can't remember the exact title you used.)
I copied your post, and put it in my documents file along with all my other legal things. Well, to make a long story short, my computer burped and I lost it.
My only question is this:
Would it be possible for you to please repost the agreed order, or direct me to one so that I can present it to the court?

OK, let me rephrase my question:
Could you please, pretty please, give me an example of an agreed order to modify child custody, support, and visitation to use?
If I need to repost the motion TLWE posted, I can do that. I have that one printed out.
You're making this WAY too complex. If you have agreed with the other party on the terms and conditions of a settlement, and you want the court to order it, then just ask for it directly:
JOINT MOTION FOR ENTRY OF STIPULATED ORDER
Petitioner, X, and Respondent, Y, hereby appear and jointly move that the court allow the attached stipulated order, on grounds that the parties have reached a written agreement on all of the matters presently at issue before this court.

My ex signed the parenting plan, motion, and waiver of service and sent it back to me. Court is on Thursday for the judge to hear my motion to proceed in forma pauperis. If granted, I'm filing the custody modification right then and there, and hopefully it will get heard too. The clerk told me that since it's a stipulated agreement the judge is likely to go ahead and hear it and rule on it as well.
1.) Is what you typed above what I need for an "Order" to submit to the judge, or would it be in a totally different format?
Sorry... court in 2 days and I'm a tad nervous even though the ex and I agree to everything. Just want to make sure I submit the right thing and don't look like a bumbling idiot.

What is in the post, is the motion that is used to present the order, and not the order itself. If you want boilerplate text for the format of a stipulated order, you will need something entirely different.
Oh.
I've looked everywhere on the net, and even tried to use my DH's original Final Judgment for his divorce as a template, but it just doesn't work. DH's order is VERY vague.
Would you please point me in the right direction for the format of the actual order?
