DH had some alcohol problems at a young age (18-20) He was ordered in the Air Force to complete alcohol rehab. This was almost 10 years ago. Since that point he has not had a single Alcohol related incident. No DUI, no DWI, no public intoxication, NOTHING. DH still has an occasional beer, but in no way has a drinking problem.
1. In your opinion, will the alcohol problems from 10 years ago be in any way relevant to a current custody case?

No problem at all.
Hell you never know, we thought that too.
In trial they used the fact that dh had a felony convicted (over 10yrs ago when he was like 18 or 19) for burgerly against him (hmm but bm had the same charge), our atty never brought this up, which I agree with him as it should have no bearing on the case.
heck her atty even brought up that my dad was an alcoholic ( hmm my father passed away in 1989 way before I even met my dh)
