State Georgia. Filed papers to change visitation schedule and agreements on meeting, returning child making derogatory remarks about other parent in front of child etc. We had a court date but ncp agreed to cancel to attempt to settle. Old court order was in Ky. When we agree, we will get it signed by a judge in GA.
1. Does the new order void the old order? B/c there are things in the old one concerning insurance for the child, childsupport, etc that we want to remain in effect but do not know if we need to include them in this wriiten paper about new things.

Any order not expressly set aside or modified by the new order, remains in force.
