Title: WA Trial
Post by: WA Father on Sep 02, 2004, 02:28:13 PM
WA State court is hearing matter. All parties reside in WA State

Professional evaluator came back with report recommending me as primary parent due to mother's documented severe drug and alcohol addiction.

Evaluator is a licensed clinical psyc and has performed about 150 evaluations to date

Child has resided with me temporarily for over a year due to mother's drug overdose.

Mother is pushing matter to trial and will not 'accept' evaluator's report

Questions

1. Will mother have much success in convincing trial judge that evaluator is wrong in her assessment?

2. What is chance of judge allowing child to return to mother?

Thank you,

Wa Father

It's all fact and circumstances -- I have no idea.
