Hi Soc,

Divorce took place in State A, we live in State B, and BM just moved to state C. State C is a lot closer to us than state A. If all parties agree, can the case be moved to state C immediately, or do we have to wait the 6 months?

If all parties agree, you can move the case wherever and whenever you agree.
