Title: Calculating timeshare % in CA
Post by: cascole on Oct 08, 2004, 06:47:10 AM
The mediator's recomendation to the court for timeshare in our case ~15-20% with one child and ~5-8% with the second child. (both increasing to ~20-25% over the coming years if certain parameters are met.)

Based on this, what percentage does the court use to calculate child support?

The computer software that the court uses to calculate guideline support can compute the obligation even with different timeshares.
