Hi, Soc!
GAL submitted her report and in it spoke very well of us and not so well of bm. However, she said the child should remain with bm with a stip that the boyfriend no longer live there, basically wiping him out of their lives completely. Therefore......

1) How do you prove that the boyfriend is still living with bm and will remain there at least until the date of trial 9Nov 3rd)?

you could send a restricted certified letter, return receipt requested to him at her address, and several days later have him subpoened as a material witness in your action, (he can testify as to where he is living, or show rent receipts, power and phone bills if he has another residence:)

The other poster's idea would work, I would just add that someone else should send the letter, because, if the boyfriend knows it came from you, he may refuse to sign for it.
