My ex and daughter moved from NY to CA. My ex is now in the process of seeking child support. Which state has jurisdiction, NY or CA? The divorce was in NY, if that matters...

How long ago did they move?

As long as you remain a resident of NY, NY retains continuous, exclusive jurisdiction over any modification of support.
