Title: Quick Parenting Plan question
Post by: Darryl on Feb 14, 2005, 10:02:38 AM
Dear Soc,

Opposing counsel is suggesting "Ziegenthaler Parenting Plan" (yes the speling is correct) in a settlement offer. The state is Missouri if that matters.

    1. What is it and where might I find details?

Thanks, as always!  :)

I have no clue, and nothing found online. You'll have to try the county law library, or the family court facilitator's office, if your county court has one.

I don't think this is your answer, but I asked somebody from Germany, as it's a German word.

Ziegen  mean goat

Thaler mean coin.

I couldn't find anything either.  The German person said it's probably somebody's name.

I searched as well and couldn't find this. Although it appears that Ziegenthaler is a last name for some folks in Missouri. I tried multiple legal and "regular" search engines and came up with nothing.

Good luck
