Title: Requesting a Phone Call
Post by: crayiii on May 24, 2005, 08:08:18 AM
My wife's attorney has been promising for two weeks that my wife is going to allow phone contact between our son and I. Every time I talk to him, he says "I can't believe you haven't heard from him yet, I'll call and talk to her."

Can you help with a fax requesting a phone call that I can send to him/her?

Re: Marriage of X, Case No. ?????

Dear Mr. ATTORNEYSNAME:

Since, ??/??/????, I have contacted you on X separate occassions concerning my desire to speak with your client's and my son, CHILDSNAME, on the telephone. You have repeatedly assured me that you would arrange with Ms. X for this to occur, however, I have yet to receive a phone call.

I am dismayed that I am unable to communicate with my son, and I do not believe that our child's best interests are served by what appears to be your client's consistent refusal to permit contact between myself and CHILDSNAME.

Once again, I believe that the court will not be at all pleased by your client's behavior on this issue.

Sincerely,

YOURNAME
