I have had custody of my two children for the past ten years me and ex and children all live in illinois, she has filed for custody "because she loves them very much and she wants them to know who she is" (ie her favorite color etc.)

There have been no allegations of bad parenting made by her against me she just wants them to live with her now.  In fact she had told child pychologist (ask for by her ordered by the court) that i am a very good parent.
She also thinks she has an "in" with the judge
my question is

1) What are her chances of actually getting custody?

You should move to disqualify the judge on grounds that the other parent has expressed to you that she believes the judge is biased towards here, and that although you have no personal knowledge of what this bias may be, the fact that the other parent has expressed this opinion should caution the court sufficiently to transfer the matter to a different neutral decisionmaker.

Beyond that, based on the facts you present, the other parent's chances are zero, because she raises no substantial change of circumstances affecting the child's best interests, therefore the court must deny her request for a new custody hearing.
