Title: general forms
Post by: Bradley on Jan 16, 2006, 10:34:54 AM
I am looking for forms or examples of ways to file things myself. Is there a place to find those online?
I am specifically looking for motion to motify and motion for clarification.
Thanks!

They would be different in every jurisdiction. You need to go to your county law library and try to find a family law practice manual. Or, if you want to buy one, and it will be fairly pricey, then you can go to a website like //www.westlaw.com and look for practice manuals, but they are very State specific, and many are not sold through distributors, which is why I'm suggesting that you visit the county law library to find out exactly who the publishers are.

I called my county court house, and asked for their website address, and was able to find the forms on their website. Hope that helps!
