still havent' heard if the CP showed up for court or what. Most likely not. anyhow,
how do we make sure the 2500 in arrearages that Mr. Jola has been paying 121.00 per month and we pay them next week that the money no longer comes out? Do we contact CSE?

Contact every agency and ask for help. But, you probably won't get any. Ultimately, nothing will happen until the court orders the child emancipated. Then, you'll need the order to require reimbursement or provide future credit against support.
