I am having a debate with a friend of mine about child support. I know there has to be somewhere online that I can find information about TRUE percentages of people who do and do not pay child support, including a breakdown of the number of WOMEN as opposed to MEN who are ordered to pay support, but do not. Could anyone point me towards some info?
