DOES A FATHER IN OHIO HAVE TO PAY CHILS SUPPORT TILL SAID CHILD IS OUT OF COLLEGE OR HIGH SCHOOL?
Check your state statutes to see what the law is.

we live in Ohio and dh's divorce papers say he has to pay until she graduates high school or turns 18 which ever comes last. So if sd were attending school (she dropped out two years ago) she would graduate in May but since she's not we pay until September when she turns 18. And that is only a little over five months away. :) Yeah for us.
Mr. KAT sent notice to VA CSE with a letter from the school showing that ss dropped out in the 8th grade (yes, the 8th grade, so did his sister). They were actually great! Case worker said thanks for letting her know & she was closing the case as of 9/05. In addition she was sending bio notice that cs was being terminated on that date. I know if we left it up to bio she'd call up & say he was still in HS in order to collect for another year.
Cheers!
