Hello:
I have not received child support in a long time. DCSE placed liens on the NCP's accounts etc but for lack of assets DCSE has no suspended his DL. He still transports our children and maintains regular visitation.
How should I handle this blatant touting of the law? I need to have the child support and the lien and suspension of his DL has not worked.
What should my concerns be other than non-payment of child support?
