My husband has a court hearing FINALLY in less than 24 hours, we've waited so long for this hearing, just to see if they are going to mediation.....
We are fairly certain that mediation will be a bust, however, dad wants to work on mom learning to discuss child issues with him
Communicating is the first step, and this is on CP Bio Mom that refused to do that in any shape or form...
So..... even if its only a partial settlement its progress....
Will keep you updated on what happens
